There is no minimum order size for Retail customers.

A Burning Desire cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping. All errors in pricing or calculation are subject to correction.

Occasionally a fragrance might be out of stock. If we cannot fill your order after 5 business days you will be contacted regarding how to proceed. If for any reason we are unable to meet your expectations regarding out of stock items you may cancel your order at no cost. Please contact us at sales@aburningdesire.com if you have any questions.

Shipping & Handling
All shipping will be FOB Wesley Chapel, FL 33543. Shipping will be Fed Ex Ground unless specified by the customer. Other shipping methods may incur additional costs. Please contact us at orderhelp@aburningdesire.com if you have any questions.

  • Orders up to $20.00 will be charged $5.95 for shipping
  • Orders from $20.01 to $50.00 will be charged $8.95
  • Orders from $50.01 to $150.00 will be charged $11.95
  • Orders over $150.01 will ship free of charge

These costs include all packaging, handling, and freight charges via Fed Ex Ground.

Lead Time
Most Retail orders ship in 2-3 business days from receipt of order. Depending on where you are shipping to, shipping time can add up to 1 week to the delivery period.

Returns & Credits
Your satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your candle purchase please contact us via phone at (813) 907-1239, or e-mail us at orderhelp@aburningdesire.com to arrange for return authorization and credit. Cash refunds will not be given. We will extend an online credit for the full purchase price of the returned items. Items may not be used to qualify for the credit.
Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Damage / Freight Claims
All damage claims must be reported in writing to A Burning Desire within 3 business days of receipt. Reports should be e-mailed to orderhelp@aburningdesire.com. Hold all product and packaging materials in case the carrier would like to inspect them. You can also contact us via phone at

General Information
A Burning desire retail locations must be known and approved by the company. It is our policy not to over-saturate any given market. Except for Fundraising customers, all accounts must have a permanent store front location.

A Burning Desire cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping. All errors in pricing or calculation are subject to correction.

Scents may be added or deleted at any time at the discretion of A Burning Desire. Our company will notify dealers of any such changes within 30 days of the change.

Dealers in the State of Florida must provide a current copy of their resale certificate to A Burning Desire prior to shipment. Otherwise Sales Tax must be added to the order.

Wholesale Minimum Orders
Initial orders - a minimum of one case of either 10 or 16 oz. jars. This case may be mixed to showcase different scents.

Subsequent orders - orders must be in case lots of 12 candles per case. A maximum of 2 scents per case (2 scents, 6 jars each) is allowed. Orders for split case shipments will not be accepted.

Shipping & Handling
All shipping will be FOB Wesley Chapel, FL 33543. Shipping will be Fed Ex Ground unless specified by the customer. Other shipping methods may incur additional costs.

Freight costs for cases of candles will be 20% of the value of the candles. These costs include all packaging, handling, and freight charges via Fed Ex Ground.

Lead Time
All of our candles are hand poured to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for Wholesale Deliveries. This includes shipping in-transit time.

Returns & Credits
Returns and credits are not authorized after 30 days of receipt of product. All returns must have a return authorization number from A Burning Desire to be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will deducted from the return credit. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
