What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
 

Is order processing secure?
Our shopping cart is powered by Paypal.

You do not need to have an existing Paypal account or open a Paypal account to use our cart. We use Paypal because of it's secure payment processing, as well as, it's Buyer Protection Program. Please proceed to your cart knowing that your payment is secure.

How much is shipping?
For retail sales, shipping is based on the amount of the sale. Please see the shipping chart on the shopping cart page. For wholesale accounts, shipping is a flat rate of 20% of the total sale value.

All shipping will be FOB Wesley Chapel, FL 33543. Shipping will be Fed Ex Ground unless specified by the customer. Other shipping methods may incur additional costs. Please contact us at orderhelp@aburningdesire.com if you have any questions.

  • Orders up to $20.00 will be charged $5.95 for shipping
     
  • Orders from $20.01 to $50.00 will be charged $8.95
     
  • Orders from $50.01 to $150.00 will be charged $11.95
     
  • Orders over $150.01 will ship free of charge
     

These costs include all packaging, handling, and freight charges via Fed Ex Ground.

 Please make sure to include your phone number, as Fed Ex requires that information for home deliveries.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Please contact our ordering department at orderhelp@aburningdesire.com for rates outside the continental United States. Customers will be responsible for all freight, duty and customs charges.
 

How long does it take to get my order?
Retails orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. Wholesale orders usually ship within 7-10 business days. Standard ground shipping can take up to 1 week for delivery.

Can I get free samples?
We are sorry but we can not offer free samples. However, we do recommend "sniffie samples". Please visit the bottom of the Fragrance List page for details.

Is there a Minimum Order?
For retail orders there is no minimum order size.

Our minimum initial wholesale order is 3 full cases of 12 candles. Subsequent wholesale orders on the same account require a 1 case minimum.

Do you offer terms for wholesale accounts?
We offer Net 15 Day Terms after your business has been ordering on a regular basis for at least three months. Terms will be subject to credit approval.

Do I need a tax ID or resale certificate?
We only require a resale certificate for businesses located in Florida, otherwise sales tax will be added to all sales in the State of Florida. We do request that if you are a wholesale account that you register with us prior to placing your first order.

Do you take special orders?
Yes, we do. However, there is a minimum order requirement. Please contact our sales department at sales@aburningdesire.com for more information.

Do you have a catalog?
We are sorry but we do not have a published catalog. We try to keep our pricing down and to offer a printed catalog we would have to increase the cost of our candles. We update our site frequently so please check back often for new scents, new products, and special offers.

Will you share my information?
No. We do not offer our client list to any third parties.

Do you have a fundraising program?
